Listing packages start with one property up to 2,000 square feet and one scheduled visit. Larger homes and additional coverage are quoted before booking. Digital twilight is an edited daytime photograph; an on-location sunset session is a separate add-on. Aerial coverage depends on safe weather, airspace, and permission; any unavailable coverage is agreed before booking. Floor plans are for marketing, not construction or appraisal. Realtor social packages are priced per session, not per month, and do not include property photography, posting, or account management.

Your itemized quote lists the selected package, included deliverables, and agreed extras before you book.

Your written quote confirms the number of photographs, film lengths, locations, coverage time, revisions, and usage rights. Pricing depends on the shoot size, number of people or spaces, filming complexity, and editing needs.

Share your location, intended use, and any access requirements. Additional locations, formats, or coverage can be discussed before booking. Photo-only packages are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot; packages including video within 48 hours.

Choose a package and request a date. I confirm the scope and schedule with you. After your shoot, view your private previews and request your finished files. Your Square invoice is sent using the agreed total; downloads unlock after verified full payment and release.

Need to change plans? Please give 24 hours’ notice when possible. There is currently no cancellation or rescheduling fee.
